About the Contest

  1. The #GharJaisaChhath (“Contest”) is organised by ITC Limited (“ITC”).
  2. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
  3. If you are a Participant below the age of 18 years, your parent(s)/legal guardian must consent on your behalf. Without consent, entry will be disqualified.
  4. Participation is voluntary. By entering, Participants accept the full terms available on https://aashirvaadchhathpuja.com and agree to ITC’s final decisions.
  5. ITC reserves the right to terminate, modify, or extend the Contest at its discretion without notice or liability.
  6. The Contest runs from 24th October 7PM to 31st October 11:59PM.
  7. The Contest is governed by all applicable Indian laws.
  8. Purchase of Aashirvaad products is not necessary to participate.
  9. The Contest will be hosted on @aashirvaad (Instagram).
  10. This Contest is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram. Participants release Instagram from all related claims.

Eligibility

  1. Only Indian citizens residing in India are eligible. Minors must have parental consent.
  2. Winners must provide valid photo ID/address proof (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) when requested.
  3. ITC may disqualify any Participant for misconduct, tampering, policy violation, or disruptive behavior.

Steps to Participate

  1. Visit https://aashirvaadchhathpuja.com, upload your name, phone number, and selfie.
  2. Upload your selfie as a story on Instagram, tag @aashirvaad, and ensure your profile is public.
  3. Participants under 13 must use their parent/guardian’s Instagram account.
  4. Entries must comply with all guidelines (no obscene, copyrighted, political, or violent content).

Prize

  1. 35 Winners will receive an Amazon Voucher worth ₹1,000 each.
  2. 5 unique winners will be chosen daily between 25th and 31st October 2025.
  3. Winners will be announced daily on @aashirvaad.

Contacting Winners

  1. ITC will message winners via Instagram for prize details.
  2. If a winner fails to respond within 3 days, their entry will be forfeited and replaced.
  3. Winners must submit ID proof and other required details for verification.
  4. Personal data will be collected and used by ITC for verification, prize delivery, and promotional purposes.
  5. Participants may withdraw consent by contacting itccares.orm@itc.in.

Publicity

  1. Participants permit ITC to use their name, image, and entry for promotions without additional compensation.
  2. Winners agree to participate in related publicity activities and media coverage.

Terms & Conditions for the Prize

  1. Winners must follow ITC’s prize redemption instructions and verification process.
  2. Verification of government-issued photo ID is mandatory before prize distribution.

General Conditions

  1. ITC’s decisions regarding winners and prize distribution are final.
  2. All intellectual property and contest data belong solely to ITC.
  3. ITC may modify or cancel the Contest without notice.
  4. No partnership or agency relationship exists between Participants and ITC.
  5. ITC is not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or connectivity errors.

Release & Limitations of Liability

  1. ITC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation or acceptance of prizes.
  2. Participants release ITC from all claims relating to the Contest.

Disputes

  1. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts only.
  2. The Contest and its terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
